Jacinda has extensive experience consulting to and working with both private and public sectors in areas as diverse as contract administration, management and support, business process redesign and improvement, financial management and analysis and general management support.
Jacinda was instrumental in facilitating the successful transition-out of a ($100mil+ Per Annum) Strategic Contract and the phase-in of successor contract arrangement. management activities undertaken during this period include issues management and resolution, management of internal and external stakeholders, development of Briefs and letters for senior leadership, governance activities, scenario modelling and analysis, review of contract documentation and deliverables, and the provision of general “as-required” management support and advice.
