Rosa is an exceptional Program Manager and Project Controls professional with over 10 years of experience across all of Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) domains. Rosa has an in-depth understanding of Program Management implementation and execution of ASDEFCON within the Defence Capability Life Cycle (CLC) Framework. Rosa has recently project-managed the implementation of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program for the acquisition of new Land domain platforms (USD $1.2b).
Rosa has previously worked within Defence industry where she assisted the business to build and shape the project management capability to maximise efficiency, cost savings and alignment to the corporate business model and strategic goals for future growth. In addition, Rosa was accountable for the planning of the Test & Evaluations (T&E) program, was Responsible for project schedule impact-assessments, schedule risks assessments, status and ensuring accurate reporting of all program activities and dependencies. Rosa also provided advisory services to the Australian Industry Capability (AIC) team with the procurements and approach to market activities to establish the strategic defence industry hub and future export opportunities for Australian business.
