Career Highlights

Tania has spent over 30 years in the Defence environment.  As a Director, Tania was responsible for the Capability Management, governance and oversight, of a multi-faceted strategic contract, with an annual budget in excess of $100mil. Major achievements in this role include resolution of long-standing issues relating to IP requirements, the transition of key test and evaluation assets to the Contractor and incorporation of redevelopment project deliverables into the head contract.

In addition, Tania had management responsibility for the development and establishment of an Integrated Work Package (IWP) program to support a Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) Branch.  A Major achievement was establishment of this arrangement in a constricted timeframe and the inclusion of an efficiency savings target to be achieved by the contractor. For this work Tania was awarded a Certificate of Recognition by CASG.

Tania has also gained valuable industry experience as the Contract Manager for a major air platform Through Life Support Contract. Tania was responsible, on behalf of the contractor, for all commercial aspects of this prime contract with Defence including Performance Management, deliverables management, financial management and customer and stakeholder interface. This valuable industry experience has rounded out my Tania’s Defence Contracting specialty knowledge and has provided commercial insight into ASDEFCON development, application, and implementation.
